Leaving the lock gate at Sutton Harbour the 13 IMOCA Open 60 and 12 Class 40 monohulls competing in The Artemis Transat sail past Plymouth Hoe before moving out past the breakwater.
It is an easy walk from Sutton harbour onto the Hoe.
