Raising funds for the Royal National Mission to Deep Sea Fishermen stalls line the quays, Seafood stalls fill the fish market and musicians entertain on the stage. Flags fly from the harbour masters office. Crowds throng the quayside. Fishing boats line the quayside. Mick Mahon makes colourful dog leads using traditional nautical knots. One of the old lugger crabbers sails in the harbour. Under the fish market there was a wonderful display of seafood. Richard Ede and David Cotton still make the traditional lobster and crab pots. The Cornish Wurzells entertain. Pete Goss's latest project, the Spirit of Mystery, a replica of a 37' lugger which sailed all the way to Australia 154 years ago, was blessed during the day. Boats of all sorts line the quays. The fisheries patrol vessel Saint Piran.
