A38 Dobwalls Bypass - October 2006 - Looe Mills - Building demolition starts
Work has now started on the demolition of some of the buildings at Looe Mills.
The buildings had been semi derilict for a while now. First the cafe is loosing it's roof tiles and external cladding.

Next door to the cafe there were outside toilets and a week later they are gone.

Next step is to remove the asbestos,

with the asbestos removed demolition begins,
)
)
then a stone crusher was used to reduce the cafe to a pile of infill that can be used elsewhere on the construction site.

finally the site is levelled.
