A38 Dobwalls Bypass - October 2006 - Looe MillsAt the bottom of Dobwalls Hill is Moorswater Inductrial Estate and an area known as Looe Mills. Derelict now for a number of years this building was once a popular cafe for holidaymakers travelling further down into Cornwall. Clearance work has already started and the bungalow behind is being used as a site office.
