SW 7685 5638 - Once again I make no excuses for going back to Gear Sands near
Perranporth for the annual St Pirans play and pilgrimage.
The people of Perranzabuloe celebrate St Piran each year on the Sunday
closest to St Pirans day.
Accompanied by musicians the pilgrims carrying their Cornish flags proud.
as they make their way accross the sands to St Piran's oratory and church.
A lady on horseback proudly carries the Cornisg Flag.
