A38 Dobwalls Bypass - October 2007 - MoorswaterAt Moorswater the Eastern carriageway is taking shape and the culverts over the East Looe River are being levelled. Over the other side of the road a small wall is being built. and the foundations of the Eastern carriageway are being laid. Later in the month the foundation work continues. The tarmac surface of the footpath has been laid and we are able to walk along this route. A fence is being built by the embankment. Here we can see the depth of the foundations and the purpose of the small wall becomes clear as it is the location of a natural spring which needs drainage. Here we look over the East looe River culverts towards Looe Mills. |
