A38 Dobwalls Bypass - October 2007 - Coldwinds LaneThe barriers have been removed at the Southern end of Coldwinds Lane and a turning space has been constructed. Looking over the fence we can see the depth of the cutting and where the lane starts again on the other side. To the East we can clearly see Pilgrims bungalow on Havett Hill. To the West we can see the embankment which will go over the railway and down to the roundabout where we can now see traffic travelling East using the realigned A38 to the new roundabout.
