A38 Dobwalls Bypass - June 2007 - MoorswaterThe East Looe River is now flowing through the new culvert. The site design suggests these culverts have been designed to be self cleaning using the force of water during high volume water flows. The culverts have also been designed to allow fish free passage during periods of low water volume flow. Brick work is being built around the ends of the pre cast blocks. The new Moorswater collector distributor road and access to the existing industrial units will be constructed over these culverts. Infill work continues. |
