A38 Dobwalls Bypass - March 2007 - Diverting the East Looe River
The East Looe River flows in the valley at Moorswater. Here a new culvert is being constructed so the dual carriageway can be built over the river.
The river has been temporary diverted whilst pre formed rectangular structures are lowered into place and sealed.
