A38 Dobwalls Bypass - May 2007 - PetersfieldDown in the valley shuttering and a culvert is being built for the small stream that joins the East Looe River below Lantoom by Blackwater farm. More drainage pipes are being laid. By Havett Farm it looks like a bridge for farm animals and traffic is being built over the bypass route. |
