A38 Dobwalls Bypass - December 2007 - Looe Mills
Work on the Moorswater distributor raos has now started in front of Manuscript. Car parking is to the side with a temporary footpath to the lane.

Access to the lane is maintained.

Where the cafe used to be we can clearly see the route of the western dual carraigeway and the Mooswater Distributor road climbing the hill to the left.

Interserve say they have encountered problems with the earth stability in this area so they are having to build a reinforced enbankment.

Further up the hill work on the junction continues.
