At the end of the pilgrimage, daffodils are left in the three open holes of the cross. Behing the cross Cornish flags are blowing in the wind.
These three holes represent peace, unity and distinctiveness.
The blocked hole remembers those who have gone before us.
The pilgrims meet at one of the entrances onto Gear sands.

The pilgrimage starts to make its way to the hollow by the oblisk.

St Piran watches the locals assemble.

The Perraners sing as balloons are released and the children lay their daffodils at the base of the cross.
