SX 140 570 - Situated on the lowest bridging point of the River Lerryn is the village of Lerryn. Leryon in Cornish.

The current bridge has been in situ since 1573. Limestone kiln ruins can be found on the southern side of the creek.

As the tide falls stepping stones across the river are revealed.

Along the northern shore of the creek is Ethy Woods.
