9th September 2015 - Looe RNLI Shout.

I was walking along pennylands just after 5 pm when Looe RNLI's volunteers were called into action.

First to launch is the Atlantic 75.

The lifeboat was tasked to Seaton due to reports of small sailing dinghy in distress.

Once on scene, the boat in question was swiftly located tied ashore by HM Coastguards.

Stood down, The Atlantic 75 returns to port.

the occupants told the coastguards that whilst sailing,

they had experienced steering difficulties but managed to row themselves to safety.
