Alilaguna Linea Blu's route takes us via Murano Colonna, F Te Nove and the Lido to San Marco were we disembark.
Santa Maria della Salute and the Dogma da Mar mark the entrance to the Grand Canal.
The route continues along the Canal della Guidecca to the Cruise terminal.
As we approach the pontoon at San Marco we can see the Bridge of Sighs which connects the Doge's Palace to the city prisons.
After checking into out hotel we try to get our bearings exploring San Zaccaria and Castello.
We walked along the Riva degli Schiavoni as far as the Rio de l'Arsenal.
Followed the Fondamenta San Lorenzo.

Calle Canonica leads into St Marks Square, over bridges on the Rio de Palazzo o de Canonica
this is the canal under the Bridge of Sighs.
Passing through St Marks Square we find Santa Maria del Giglio, a water bus stop on the Grand Canal.
After our evening meal in Trattoria Roberto we go to find the Rialto Bridge
