4th August 2014 - Looe remembers WW1.

Looe plays its own small part in the national day of remembrance for the 100 year anniversary of the start of World War One.

As dusk falls the war memorial is illuminated.

Boduel Cross an ancient stone cross, also known as mile cross,
the cross stands a mile or so south of Dobwalls on the Duloe road.

As we drove home tonight after photographing the War memorial in Looe
we noticed this impromptu memorial set up at the cross.
