15th March 2014 - Gig rowing practice on a spring Saturday's morning.

Looe rowing club are training hard for the start of this season's gig rowing regattas and the worlds on the Scilly Isles at the beginning of May.

Low tide, calm seas and a warm sunny spring day great the crews as they return to the beach after a training row.

Practice gigs are lighter than their wooden counterparts that are used for racing.
