Looe's volunteer lifeboat has been called out three times in the last three days.
The last shout was 90 minutes ago, returning to the boathouse, the crews cool down using the lifeguard paddle boards.
They head off towards Looe island.
It is also training night for the lifeboa, Looe's Atlantic 75 B-793 "Alan and Margaret" acts as the safety boat as their colleagues paddle and swim out to the island.
