The Olympic Torch Relay started in Lands End at 7am and crossed Cornwall,
the Olympic Flame arrived in Liskeard just before 7 in the evening,
on it's way to Plymouth after crossing the Tamar bridge at Saltash.
Emerging from Castle Street, Olympic Gold Medalist swimmer Duncan Goodhew MBE runs past St Martin's Church, flanked by Metropolitan Police Torch security team runners.
On Plymouth Road the next torch bearer, Helen Blackburn waits for Duncan Goodhew to pass the flame onto her torch.
and Helen sets off on her run.

Duncan Goodhew won an Olympic Gold medal at the 1980 summer Olympics in Moscow for 100m breaststroke.
He was also a member of the 4 x 100m medlay team who won bronze at the same games.
