The Redwing is a traditional one-design clinker-built14 ft.(4.27m) racing dinghy sailed by a crew of two.
Commissioned in the 1930's by Wilfred Neale, Commodore of the Looe Sailing Club, designer and builder Uffa Fox of Looe came up with was a fourteen foot long boat of clinker contruction.
The rig is a bermudan sloop, with one trapeze for the crew, but there is no spinnaker.
This sailing class is small in number.
